What we collect
When you submit an inquiry we collect the information you give us: name, email, optional phone, city, project size, budget range, vision notes, and an optional reference photo. We do not buy or rent contact data, and we do not run third-party advertising trackers on this site.
How we store it
- Submissions are stored in a managed Postgres database with row-level security enabled.
- Direct database read access is restricted to our team's server processes; the public site cannot read inquiry data back.
- Reference photos go to a private storage bucket — they are not publicly indexable.
- Transport is encrypted with HTTPS end to end.
How we use it
We use your submission to reply to you about your project and to send the confirmation email you receive after submitting. We do not sell your data and we do not share it with third parties beyond the infrastructure providers that host the site and send the email (e.g. our database and email-sending vendors).
Confirmation emails are transactional. You can unsubscribe from non-essential email at any time using the link in the footer of those messages, or by replying to ask us to remove you.
Your choices
You can ask us to delete your inquiry and any associated photo at any time — just email info@muralsupply.co from the address you submitted with, and we'll confirm once it's done.

If you believe you've found a security problem with this site, please email info@muralsupply.co with details and we'll get back to you.
